I loved the hot tub, sauna, and steam room! The hotel's location is super convenient to shops and restaurants. The staff members were so friendly, it was fantastic.
I noticed worrying marks on the bedding. It caused some concern.

I found the room layout quite odd. there wasn't much space to store my luggage. the noise was a real issue. I was in a room under some kind of a/c unit. it sounded like a helicopter and made sleep difficult. it seemed no one checked the noise issue before assigning the room to someone else.

I loved the location. It was fantastic. the breakfast was sufficient and included, a real bonus. our room was super spacious, i always looked forward to coming back after a long day.
the sofa in our room was the hardest sofa i have ever sat on! it was not comfy at all. i wished it was more comfortable after a long day.

The room was quite large. It had warm facilities that worked well. The hot tub was wonderful. I really enjoyed it after a long day. The location is great for walking or catching a local bus. (I used both!).
The room faced a corridor, so light was on all night. The breakfast didn't have drinks in self-service. I thought it was odd. There was a limited selection of food during breakfast. I wished there were more options to choose from.

easy parking friendly staff free breakfast
the location rocks because it is an easy walk to restaurants and shops. parking was so easy, it really was easy. the staff were friendly. Joel was always ready to help. i even got free breakfast!
the carpet needs cleaning, my socks got dirty quickly.

I received great customer service from the staff. They were always helpful and friendly. ana at the front desk deserves recognition for her service. the energy of the hotel was vibrant and cute to guests of all ages. they offered extra towels
